The tanning-oil companion to Jean Patou's Chaldee fragrance, sharing an orange-blossom opening and an amber-opoponax-vanilla base built to scent the skin during sunbathing rather than function as a standalone fine fragrance. It represents an early example of a coordinated fragrance-and-body-product line, a marketing approach that would become far more common across the industry decades later.
