Guerlarose(1934)

A rose soliflore from Jacques Guerlain, opening on bergamot before the rose heart, closing on musk, woods, and vanilla. Like Guerlilas before it, its name blends Guerlain directly with the flower it showcases, rose, continuing the house's occasional portmanteau naming device for its simpler single-flower releases. The added vanilla in the base gives it a softer, warmer finish than a plainer rose soliflore.
