Alien(2005)
Mugler · Dominique Ropion · Amber
Created by Dominique Ropion for Mugler, Alien opens on Somalian incense, moves through an overdosed jasmine sambac heart, and closes on white amber and cashmeran wood. Its unusually minimal three-note structure, built around an intense, near-solo jasmine framed by incense and a warm synthetic musk, produced a distinctive, otherworldly white-floral oriental, and it became one of Mugler's most significant fragrances following the earlier Angel.
Alien is a fragrance from Mugler, released in 2005 and composed by Dominique Ropion. It sits in the Amber family. It opens with Somalian Incense, moves into a heart of Jasmine Sambac, and settles into a base of White Amber and Cashmeran.
