Created by Olivier Pescheux for Paco Rabanne, Invictus opens on grapefruit, marine notes, and mandarin, moves through a heart of bay leaf and jasmine, and closes on guaiac wood, amber, oakmoss, and patchouli. Its bold, athletic, trophy-shaped bottle and confident marine-woody structure became one of the most commercially successful masculine fragrances of the mid-2010s, its victorious Latin title, Unconquered, matching an assertive, triumphant marketing identity.
