Dior Homme(2005)

Created by Olivier Polge for Christian Dior, Dior Homme opens on bergamot, moves through a heart of iris and cocoa, and closes on leather, vetiver, and cedar. Its pairing of powdery iris with a dark cocoa-leather base was a genuinely unconventional structure for masculine perfumery, and it is widely regarded as one of the most influential and critically acclaimed men's fragrances of the 2000s, still cited by perfumers as a landmark for bringing iris into serious masculine composition.
