Olfactionary is a perfume directory and education hub, currently listing 12012 perfumes across 984 brands. If your house has a fragrance that's missing, thin, or illustrated with a photo that isn't yours, this is the fastest way to fix that: send us the details and your own official photography, and we'll credit it to you.

Why this matters to us

Per our methodology, we don't scrape or hotlink product photography from other sites. Where a perfume page doesn't have a credited image, that's usually why. An official photo directly from the brand, credited to you, is always preferred over anything else we could use.

What helps most

For a new or corrected listing:

  • Fragrance name, launch year, and concentration (EDT, EDP, parfum, etc.)
  • Perfumer credit, if known
  • Note pyramid or ingredient list, if you're able to share it
  • One to three high-resolution product photos (bottle, and box if it's distinct) we can host and credit to your brand
How to send it

Email is fastest, since our contact form can't take attachments: send everything to hello@olfactionary.com with the subject line "Brand submission: [your brand name]".

For a quick text-only note instead, the general contact form works too.

How credit & rights work

Anything you send is used only with your permission and credited to your brand on the perfume's page. We don't imply endorsement or an affiliation beyond what's actually there, and referencing a trademarked name anywhere on the site is for identification only, never a claim of partnership.
