Created by Paolo Terenzi, Kirke opens on an unusually sandy, fruity accord of passionfruit, peach, pear, and cassis, moves through a lily of the valley heart, and closes on musk, sandalwood, vanilla, and heliotrope, its title referencing the Greek mythological sorceress Circe. It became one of Tiziana Terenzi's most recognized and commercially successful releases.
