Created by David Apel for Tom Ford, Black Orchid opens on truffle, ylang-ylang, bergamot, and black currant, moves through a heart of orchid, spice, and lotus, and closes on patchouli, vanilla, sandalwood, and dark chocolate. Its dense, dark, gourmand-oriental structure, built around unusual truffle and chocolate facets, launched Tom Ford's namesake fragrance line as a genuinely distinctive, uncompromising statement, and it remains one of the most commercially significant and frequently imitated luxury unisex fragrances of the late 2000s.

this one's divisive for a reason honestly. truffle + patchouli either clicks for you or it doesn't lol. love it in cold weather but way too heavy above 60F
